Chief Learning Officer
A visionary leader and seasoned educator, Vanessa Walker leads with a passion for lifelong learning and organizational development. With over two decades of experience, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Vanessa's journey in the world of learning and development began with a
strong foundation from her military service. She holds a MBA in Organizational
Leadership, specializing in adult learning. Her academic background,
combined with her hands-on experience in various educational
settings, has equipped her with a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies, learning theories, and instructional design principles. Throughout her career, Vanessa has held leadership positions in both corporate, non-profits, and military settings, where she has
spearheaded innovative learning initiatives and driven organizational change. Her strategic mindset collaborative approach have enabled her to build high- performing learning teams and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
